Easy Oatmeal Brownies (Simple, Cozy & Chocolatey)

If you want a chocolatey dessert that’s simple, filling, and made with basic ingredients, these oatmeal brownies are perfect. They’re soft, slightly fudgy, and great as a snack with coffee or as a quick sweet treat during the week. What I like about this recipe is that everything goes into one bowl, it takes just a few minutes to prepare, and the ingredients are things most people already have at home.

  • 200 ml milk

  • 50 g non-fat yogurt

Add 15 g of chocolate chips first, then the remaining 15 g after mixing, so they stay visible and melty on top.
