Banana “Brownies” (Soft, Chocolatey & High-Protein)
They’re soft, naturally sweet, and taste more like a banana chocolate cake, making them perfect for everyday snacking. No complicated ingredients, no stress — just mix, bake, and enjoy. And if you’re not a huge banana flavor person, don’t worry — you can easily balance it out (more on that below).

Ingredients
2 large ripe bananas
2 tbsp cacao powder
2 scoops protein powder (≈ 60g)
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp peanut butter

Optional:
1 egg (for more structure & protein)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
Add:
cacao powder
protein powder
baking powder
peanut butter
Mix everything until well combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour into a lined baking dish.
Add extra chocolate chips on top (always).
Bake for 20–25 minutes.
Let cool slightly before cutting.
Texture & Taste
Soft, slightly dense
More like banana cake than classic brownies
Naturally sweet from bananas
Chocolatey but still light
How to Adjust the Flavor
If you don’t want a strong banana taste:
Add more peanut butter (or almond butter)
Use chocolate protein powder instead of vanilla
Add a splash of vanilla extract
Increase cacao slightly
This makes it taste more like a true chocolate dessert.
