1. Yogurt Bowl, But Make It Cute
What you need:
Greek yogurt
A handful of oats or granola
Any fruit you have (banana, apple, berries, frozen fruit)
Optional: honey, peanut butter, cinnamon
How I make it:
Add yogurt to a bowl, sprinkle oats/granola, slice some fruit on top, and drizzle honey or peanut butter. If I’m feeling extra - and I usually do-, I add cinnamon.
Why I love it:
It feels like a little café bowl, but it’s literally stuff from the fridge.
2. “Lazy Girl” Toast 3 Ways
What you need:
Bread (whatever you have: toast, sourdough, bagel)
A spread: butter, cream cheese, hummus, avocado, peanut butter…
Toppings: tomato, cucumber, sliced banana, seeds, etc.
Ideas:
Savory: toast + cream cheese + tomato + salt & pepper
Mediterranean vibe: toast + hummus + cucumber + olive oil + paprika
Sweet: toast + peanut butter + banana + a little cinnamon
Toasts are perfect when you want variety but don’t want to cook. I often make two, one sweet and one savory.
3. “Snack Plate” for When You Can’t Decide
What you need (pick a few):
Cheese cubes/slices
A few pieces of salami/ham/tofu
Crackers or bread
Nuts
Fruit (grapes, apple slices, berries)
A piece of chocolate (yes, it counts)
Put everything on a small plate or board. It’s basically a mini charcuterie board, but with whatever you find. Perfect for watching something or working at your laptop.
My attempt for a very quick and healthy snack plate
Bagel with avocado, tomatoes, and pepper is my weakness - and one with jam because I love sweets
Yogurt bowl? Yes, please!
